We can host events within the main hotel. Or take advantage of the convenient facilities at The Sealy Suite, a fully private venue with a dedicated bar area and handsome walled gardens for your guests’ exclusive enjoyment.

Our Bookable Spaces
The Sealy Suite
The Sealy Suite is a private venue with dedicated bar area and walled gardens which sits separately from the main hotel. It is the perfect setting for private functions, conferences, and meetings. The venue comprises of two spaces; the Badgers Sett, suitable for up to 180 delegates and the Fox Den which can accommodate a maximum of 22 seated, or approximately 30 standing.
Evening Room Hire Charges
Our Sealy Suite can be hired from 7pm until midnight at a charge of £500, with the option to add on one of our special buffet packages.
Alternatively, our sit-down party menus are available from £30 per person and for groups of 80 or more guests we are happy to waive the room hire charge.

The Badger’s Sett
With its own private entrance, this impressive, air conditioned space is a fine choice for your planned event. Facilities include a non-permanent stage, projector screen and PA system.
Perfect for: Conferences, meetings, weddings, parties
Seating: 30-180 guests
Cost: £500 full day hire (private bar hire not included, minimum bar spend applies)
The Fox’s Den
This intimate spot is perfect for smaller events, with room for up to 22 guests. It benefits from its own entrance, plenty of natural daylight, and a screen and flipchart for presentations.
Perfect for: Meetings, small events
Seating: Up to 22 guests
Cost: £150 full day hire (private bar hire not included, minimum bar spend applies)
Daytime Delegate/Guest Rates
(including room hire, equipment, coffee breaks and a buffet lunch)
The Crown offers a range of conference and events packages for corporate clients and individual guests alike, starting from £35 for a minimum of 40 delegates.
